About This Site

It all started in 1996 when my father was diagnosed with colon cancer. I became obsessed with the role of the patient in his/her healing. Was it all up to doctors or do we as patients have a role to play? It is my passion to build people up in their lives, to find meaning in their struggles on their journeys to wellbeing.

This is a website about HEALING, and how you can begin to experience and invite healing and wellness attitudes into all areas of your life. MIND - BODY - SPIRIT

Reflexology and Logotherapy – Where Body meets Spirit

Posted by on Jan 28, 2016

Recently I watched an inspiring movie called UNBROKEN. Louis Zamperini was bullied by his classmates when he was growing up in California. To escape their cruelty he ran from them which became his passion. His older brother had faith in his abilities and trained Louis to be a runner. In 1936 he became a hero for his country at the Olympic Games in Berlin where he was congratulated by none other than Hitler. Later on he joined the United...

Second Chances – Reflecting on 2015 – stepping into 2016 with meaning

Posted by on Jan 1, 2016

Find meaning… Recently I was in Eilat for a wonderful holiday. It was so special to take time out from my busy schedule and just be. Each morning I woke up at 6am to go for a walk. There was something magical about watching the sun rise over the mountains while reflecting off the water. The air was fresh and crisp. The city was still sleeping. There was no noise. Just beauty and the changing colours as sunrise arrived,...

Logotherapy – Finding meaning – INVICTUS This week  I had a Logotherapy session with someone who is struggling to find meaning in her life. She spoke to me about something that had inspired her, the poem INVICTUS. A few years ago I had watched the movie INVICTUS but had never thought about the name of the movie or assigned any significance to it. Now I was challenged to find out more. Why the name INVICTUS and what did it...

Coping with Terror

Posted by on Oct 14, 2015

This week we have seen the escalation of terror and violence throughout Israel. I have heard many people say that last year when the war was happening at least we knew when there was danger as the siren was sounded and we could go off to our shelters. Now, the violence is on the streets without warning and this is scary. If you are feeling escalated levels of stress or tension please remember that a REFLEXOLOGY treatment will help...

What Shimon Peres said at TEDx White City (Tel Aviv)

Posted by on Oct 12, 2015

About the future and realizing dreams   Today I attended the TEDx White City (Tel Aviv) event. What a great day of innovative speakers. The highlight of the day was listening to ex-President Shimon Peres being interviewed. Firstly, the man is already 92 years old and carries himself with such upright dignity like that of a 40 year old. Secondly he is still so sharp and with it. What an inspiration. Not only that, he is so advanced in...

Rosh Hashanah message – Remembering our Center

Posted by on Sep 17, 2015

What’s our origin? I read a story that I want to begin with from Rabbi Perez’s book, ‘Leading the way’. A woman is sitting at the edge of the river where she sees a scorpion struggling for safety. The scorpion is slowly drowning as it battles. Eventually she puts out her had to try and help it but it stings her with his tail and continues struggling in the water. Again she tries to save it but keeps getting...
